An iconic Peshastin landmark is now available! After 40 years of serving the community the legendary Big Y Cafe is ready for its next chapter. For 4 decades the Big Y has been a favorite gathering place for locals and travelers alike. Known for homemade meals, homemade pies, friendly service and that classic small town restaurant atmosphere that is becoming harder to find. The location right on Highway 2 is exceptional! The property sits on 2 acres with easy access and lots of parking. An extra bonus is a portion of the property is still left for further development! Just 4 miles from Leavenworth, 11 miles to Wenatchee and 36 minutes to Lake Chelan this is a natural stopping point for travelers heading East or West through the Wenatchee Valley. Think about the opportunity for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and homemade pie in a location that captures both a strong local customer base & significant tourist & highway traffic. This isn't simply the sale of a restaurant, it's an opportunity to carry on a 40 year Peshastin tradition & build upon an established name and location. Whether you're an experienced restaurateur looking for your next location, an entrepreneur dreaming of owning a destination cafe or an investor looking for a unique commercial property in the heart of North Central Washington the Big Y Cafe deserves a look. The tradition is here, the location is here, the traffic is here...now it needs someone with the vision to take it forward!
